Product Description

Adopting special processing techniques, fireproof insulation material electric resistance furnace is made of fiber materials with electric resistance wires embedded in them to form separated fiber electric heating elements. There are mainly two distribution patterns for the resistance wires the 'zigzag' pattern and the 'helix' pattern, and also two ways for them to be combined with the fibers 'embedding' and 'burying'.  The application temperature ranges from 500C-1200C. Having such unique advantages, the furnace becomes an ideal substitute for traditional electric resistance heating equipment.
