Adopting special processing techniques, vacuum formed Ceramic fiber heating furnace with resistance wireis made of fiber materials with electric resistance wires embedded in them to form separated fiber electric heating elements. There are mainly two distribution patterns for the resistance wires the 'zigzag' pattern and the 'helix' pattern, and also two ways for them to be combined with the fibers 'embedding' and 'burying'.
